Can Yappa answer calls for my business?

Yes. All Yappa plans (Lite, Pro, and Max) include AI voice answering that can pick up inbound calls 24/7, capture important details, and help move customers toward a booking or next step.

Can I use Yappa after hours?

Yes. Yappa can keep helping customers after hours so fewer leads go unanswered.

Can Yappa answer questions about my business?

Can Yappa book appointments?

Yes. Yappa can help book appointments during calls after collecting the details it needs, and your team can manage the follow-up from the dashboard.

Does Yappa work with Google Calendar?

Yes. Yappa Pro and Yappa Max support Google Calendar connections so scheduling stays organized.

Does Yappa work with Outlook?

Yes. Yappa Pro and Yappa Max also support Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendar connections.

Can Yappa help customers with location or weather-related questions?

Yes. Yappa can help answer questions about your location, directions, local details, and helpful weather context when it matters.

Emails and follow-up

What emails can Yappa send?

Yappa can send owner alert emails, appointment confirmations, quote summaries, review requests, invoice or payment-link emails, and other relevant service follow-up emails when that workflow is enabled.

Does Yappa send daily digest emails?

No. Yappa is not a newsletter or digest tool. It only sends workflow-based emails when they are useful and relevant.

Can customers choose email or phone as their preferred contact?

Yappa can store whether the customer prefers email or phone when that is helpful for the workflow.

What if Yappa needs a customer email address?

Yappa can ask for the email during the call or your team can add it in the dashboard before sending the follow-up email.

How do review-request emails work?

Review requests are sent after a completed job when the business enables them and has a review link ready to use. Yappa does not ask for a specific rating or offer incentives.

How do invoice and payment emails work?

On Yappa Max, your team can approve a payment request first, and then Yappa sends a structured payment-link email. It is helpful follow-up, not full accounting software.

Plans and quotes

Which plan should I choose?

Choose Yappa Lite if you want calls answered and leads captured at a lower price point. Choose Yappa Pro if you want more call coverage, booking support, and customer follow-up emails. Choose Yappa Max if your team handles high volume, photo-based quote requests, or needs review and payment emails.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can change plans from your account settings.
